Streaming and WebTV

Streaming is the technology that allows the transmission of audiovisual contents through the Internet. Unlike the classic download, where a file must be completely downloaded in order to be played, streaming allows to enjoy audiovisual contents in real time. There are 2 main types: "live" streaming, where the transmission takes place as the event is being held; and "on-demand" streaming, where the transmission is done at a later time.

The streaming of "on-demand" audiovisual contents and WebTV, available in the Internet after the event, allow to extend the life of the event. This means that the event will be available on the Internet for as long as the event organization deems appropriate.
